Returns & Exchanges

  • Any product with purchase price of $169.99 is eligible for FREE 1-time return or exchange within 30 days of original delivery date in the Continental United States. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund.  After 14 days the label will expire, and you will need to contact Customer Service at support@muslincomfort.com for additional support.  
  • Purchasers outside the Continental United States, are responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs, excluding defect or error on the part of seller. To initiate a return, please email support@muslincomfort.com.

  • When you are purchasing a return label, be sure to select a return shipping method with tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that do not have tracking information.

  • All items must be returned in original condition, normal wear & tear excepted.

  • "PERFECTLY IMPERFECT" items are Final Sale only and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • No additional discount may be applied to "Surplus" sale items.

We are not responsible for the following:

  • Packages shipped to the correct address and shown as properly delivered by the carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc). 
  • Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
  • Extraordinary circumstances, such as your neighbor's dog eating your blanket. (Yes, a customer claimed this happened!)

Covered Defects:

If you think your product has damage or a defect that was not the result of improper use please promptly email support@muslincomfort.com within your 30-day free return window.

Problems and issues that result from normal wear and tear over time or improper use are not covered. This includes but is not limited to:
  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Any improper use of the comforter.
  3. Minor imperfections, snags, etc occurring due to household and/or personal use habits.
  4. Stains, tears, burns, and discoloration that occur over time and/or are caused by the user.
  5. Damage caused by animals or children
