As great as everyone says
I think a lot of people have said that once they had kids and started buying muslin blankets for their babies that they wish they had one in adult size for themselves -- this is it.
I've only washed it once but and it is already a very soft blanket. It's still chilly in New England so I'm using it as a layer with linen sheets, a cotton comforter, and a thin cotton quilt and I'm very warm at night. There isn't a lot of weight to it but I think it'll be perfect with just a sheet in the summer months.
There is a seam running down the middle which I didn't expect, and am not a fan of -- it's almost like they sewed two twins together. I bought a queen for a king-sized bed because the king was sold out and I'm so glad I did because it's plenty big enough -- unless you have a really tall mattress and box spring.
Someone mentioned the warm gray is more tan than gray and I am pleased to say it is definitely not tan. I'm including a picture of the gray blanket next to a tan dog couch cover for reference.
Overall, it's exactly what I was looking for and I'll most certainly buy more for myself and as gifts. I bought a Marigold throw for my daughter's twin bed and I'm just as pleased with that blanket.
