We gladly accept returns or exchanges. Any product of $169.99+ is eligible for FREE 1-time return or exchange within 30 days of original delivery date, within the Continental United States. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off in order to receive a refund before the label expires.

Customers outside the Continental United States, are responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs, excluding defect or seller error. When you are purchasing a return label, be sure to select a return shipping method with tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that do not have tracking information. All items must be returned in original condition, normal wear & tear excepted.

What kinds of issues aren’t covered?

We don’t cover the following:

Improper use or damage (including from pets or children)

What if my package was lost or misdelivered?

If your package shows as delivered but is missing, we recommend checking with your neighbors or delivery carrier. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for packages marked as delivered to the correct address or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Did you know that muslin (pronounced “muhz·luhn”) fabric dates back to 1298 CE, when Marco Polo described the cloth in his book The Travels?! Due to muslin fabric's unique breathable weave and durability in layers, it used to be considered a luxury fabric as highly prized as silk! 

Muslin cotton is a breathable, durable cotton fabric that's fibers are separated and woven in an wider pattern than other fabrics. Think gauze! Gauze is an example of 1 layer muslin cotton. However it is not soft. 

At Muslin Comfort, we use OEKO-Tex certified 100% pure cotton muslin (no polyester fillers!) that is put through multiple enzyme washes to achieve its super soft feel that keeps getting softer with every wash. Because of the unique weave and layers, it is super durable & naturally allows your body to temperature regulate itself. 

Muslin comfort’s adult 365 Blanket allows your body to breathe and does not trap body heat the way competitors’ synthetic fabric blankets do. MC’s bedding will magically help you achieve the perfect night’s sleep, regardless of if you are a hot or a cold sleeper.

Each product from our Muslin Cotton Bedding and Bath Collection can be machine washed and dried on “ normal”. Individual products outside of these collections may have other washing instructs on their attached tag.

We do not recommend using any fabric softeners, dryer sheets or chemical-based laundry detergent. We have found that crazy things occur when using these toxic chemicals on the cotton, such as fabric getting stiff/rough and it seems as though the chemicals literally eat the cotton.

We use & recommend Bio Brite, our specially formulated non-toxic laundry detergent, and all-natural wool dryer balls! 

Laundry Tip: Clip corners together and make a blanket taco for maximum drying efficiency.

Great question! Because our blankets are made from a handcrafted, loose weave, it’s completely normal to occasionally notice a thread that looks out of alignment. This is not a defect or a snag like you might see on a sweater or sweatshirt where the damage is permanent.

Instead, what you're seeing is a single thread that’s temporarily out of place—a natural characteristic of this breathable, airy weave. Once the blanket is washed or gently adjusted, the thread will typically settle right back into alignment.

We know it might look a little off at first, but we promise: this is just part of the charm of the fabric, and it won’t affect the quality or performance of your blanket in any way.
