Muslin fabric is actually made from cotton. But unlike traditional cotton weaves, muslin fabric has a weave that is loose. For example, a cotton shirt will have a tight weave to give it a specific texture for someone to appropriately wear. For reference: On a 25" high king bed (floor to top of mattress) the King 365 Blanket will hang a little more than half way down on the sides of the bed.
