40 D chest. I have every color in the flutter sleeve style. Two of each of the others. And two sizes, depending on where and how I am wearing them. My chest is happier in the larger size. No matter what one can always add a sweater, jacket or belts. I use them loose in the hospital for testing and instead of those uncomfortable revealing gowns. I have slept in one on occasion during unexpected overnighter, dress them up or down for work or casual fun. Plus, pockets !! Cooking Thanks giving feast in one today. The chef is always in the heat, lol. They are both warm and cool and thick enough not to be inappropriately revealing. Daughter has a few too, she prefers the plain strap. But she's almost always in a sweater or blazer.
I have full Muslin Comfort linens on my bed. I decided it was only fitting to get the full experience and have the nighties also. I love them! Best sleep I’ve ever had!

So overall I really like this dress. I now have 2 of them. I got the large but really could have fit into a medium but I like it roomy. I have been using the dress as a night gown and it is so comfortable to sleep in. I am not sure of the layers but it is thin, but not too thin. I would guess that it is 2 layers muslin just comparing to all of the other Muslin Comfort products that I have - some are 4 layers, 6 layers or 8 layers depending on the product. The only negative (hence the 4 stars) is that the sleeves constantly fall off of my shoulders, even at the tightest adjustment. I actually got a ribbon and looped it through both of the back rings where the sleeves adjust and tied in a bow and that helped a lot. It made it a bit tighter across the back. I would recommend this dress.
