Literally the most consistent, best sleep I’ve had in years thanks to the combination of the Muslim comfort too she’s and the ultra lightweight muslin blanket
I’ve suffered with hot flashes/night sweats for 20 YEARS! Since I combined the Muslin Comfort top sheet with my newly purchased Ultralight 6 layer blanket, I literally have document 3 months of Oura Ring data proving:
more restful, deeper and longer sleep than I’ve had in years!!!
These products feel more luscious on my skin than silk and are so incredibly breathable. I promise you, I will be switching all of my bedding to this combination, albeit gradually because I’m not rich. It’s honestly an investment in my health/restorative sleep! The oversized design even keeps the peace with my wonderful, Somnolent Blanket Thief, Husband. The quality is fantastic and is maintained even after washing in our hard well water. I don’t like to use fabric softener, in general, and the sheets and lightweight blanket do well even without it. I will admit that the 365 blankets (we have 4– bought on sale or from the Perfectly Imperfect discounted line) are softer and more comfortable when I use fabric softener.
The 365 blankets are wonderful but because of my night sweats they’re just a bit too heavy especially in our sweaty inferno, Florida climate. I will continue using the 365 blankets because they give a beautiful accent/layered color, inviting ‘bedscape’ look!
This sweaty, restless sleeper would nominate the combo top sheet and Ultralight 6 layer blanket for “The Nobel sleep Prize”!!!
