Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via FedEx from our warehouse in Visalia, CA. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We offer shipping insurance via Route which can be added at checkout. Please note, should you opt out of shipping insurance we cannot offer replacements or refunds for any lost, stolen or damaged items.

Orders ship within 2-5 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you automatically the moment your order ships.

Buyers are responsible for their own country's customs and duty fees/taxes.

U.S. SHIPPING

• FedEx Ground: 1-5 business days (shipped from Central California)
• Additional expedited options available at checkout

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Passport: 3-7 business days

We are not responsible for the following:

• Packages shipped to the correct address and shown as properly delivered by the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc).
• Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the customer opted out of using shipping insurance.
