When will my pre-order ship?
Estimated arrival and shipping times vary by collection. Please refer to the specific pre-order collection or product page for the current estimated arrival timeframe.
Once inventory arrives at our fulfillment center, it must be received and processed before orders can begin shipping. Pre-orders will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.
Does placing a pre-order guarantee my item?
Yes. When you place a pre-order, your item is reserved for you from our incoming shipment. We only make a limited quantity of incoming inventory available for pre-order.
In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill your reserved item—for example, because merchandise arrives damaged or the shipment contains fewer units than expected—you will receive a full refund for the affected item.
Will I be charged now or when my order ships?
You will be charged when you place your pre-order. This reserves your selected product and size from the incoming inventory.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes. If you change your mind before your pre-order ships, you may contact us to cancel it and receive a refund for the canceled pre-order item.
What if I order an in-stock item at the same time?
Pre-order items are expected to ship separately from in-stock items in your order. You do not need to wait for your pre-order item for the rest of your order to ship.
What happens if the incoming shipment is delayed?
We’ll fulfill your pre-order as soon as the inventory arrives and is processed by our fulfillment center. If the expected timing changes significantly, we’ll communicate the updated timeline. You may also cancel your unshipped pre-order for a refund if you no longer wish to wait.
