Refund policy

We gladly provide free returns and exchanges!

Any product with purchase price over $169.99 is eligible for FREE 1 - time return or exchange within 30 days of original delivery date in the Continental United States. Once the label has been created you will have 14 days to drop it off at your local carrier in order to receive a refund. After 14 days the label will expire and you will need to contact Customer Service for additional support.

For customers outside the continental United States: Unfortunately we do not provide a prepaid return label, or pay for the cost of return shipping. You may return it with the carrier of your choice. When you are purchasing a return label, please ensure to select a return shipping method with tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that do not have tracking information.
Please note: "PERFECTLY IMPERFECT" items are final sale only and not eligible for return or exchange.

We are not responsible for the following:

Packages shipped to the correct address and shown as properly delivered by the carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc).
Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
Extraordinary circumstances, such as your neighbors dog eating your blanket.

Covered Defects:

Manufacturing defects may be covered after the 30-day return policy on a case-by-case basis. If you think your product has damage or a defect that was not the result of improper use, please email us at support@muslincomfort.com, Mon- Fri 9am-5pm PST.

Problems and issues that result from normal wear and tear or improper use are not covered. This includes but is not limited to:

Normal wear and tear.
Any improper use of the comforter.
Minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws.
Stains, tears, burns, and discoloration that occur over time and/or are caused by the user.
Damage caused by animals, rodents or children.
