Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges on eligible items, subject to the terms below.

• Orders of $199 or more qualify for one (1) FREE return or exchange (excluding handling/restocking)
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date
• Applies to orders shipped within the Continental United States

Once a return label is issued, you have 14 days to drop off the return before the label expires.

Handling & Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to an $18 handling and restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

• This fee covers return shipping, inspection, and processing
• The fee is waived for exchanges
• The fee is also waived in cases of defect or seller error
