The original 365 Blanket is made from eight thin, airy layers of cotton muslin joined together to create one soft, substantial blanket. Each layer remains lightweight and breathable, providing comforting weight without the bulky filling used in traditional comforters.
The open muslin weave allows air to circulate and helps excess heat and moisture escape, making the 8-Layer 365 Blanket ideal for comfortable, year-round sleep.
A King-size blanket weighs approximately 8 lbs, creating a cozy, hugged-not-heavy feel while remaining breathable throughout the night.
Our proprietary pre-wash and softening process creates cloud-like comfort that becomes softer with every wash.
At Muslin Comfort, we wash with:

Remove promptly
Avoid fabric softeners, dryer sheets, and heavy detergents — they can leave residue on the cotton, reducing breathability and softness.
That’s it. Wash it normally — it gets softer over time.

BEAUTIFUL! this is our 2nd Muslin Comfort blanket for our bed. We have a king mattress - i prefer the Queen for our king bed. The king blanket was too oversized for my tastes. The muslin is wonderful for hot sleepers and gets softer with every wash

Picture is of additional blankets I purchased with this one. They come in this cool bag that I was actually able to reuse for the blanket after getting it out and unfolding it. Great for storage. Sizing seems accurate and definitely sized appropriately for real beds and sleep. Also well constructed - stitching very regular and sturdy. I am sure they will last a long time.
