When will my order ship?

We process each order within 1-2 business days from when your order is placed. If your order contains a pre-order item, please note your entire order will be delayed until the pre-order item arrives. If you would like to inquire about split shipping your order for an additional shipping charge you may do so at support@muslincomfort.com.  We do not ship on weekends or US National Holidays. Additionally, orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday will not be processed until Monday morning.

Each package is shipped with FedEx Ground unless a priority method is selected. Shipping is free on orders over $150.

Buyers are responsible for their own country's custom duty taxes.

When can I expect to receive my order?

FedEx Ground typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Each package is shipped with FedEx Ground unless a priority method is selected.

Please note, that we are not responsible for shipping delays after the package has left our facility.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

You’ll receive a confirmation email about your order with complete details and tracking information. We’ll also send you updates on the progress of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to Canada, Australia, Poland, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Is a signature required upon delivery?

No, a signature is not required upon delivery of your muslin cotton products unless it is requested by Muslin Comfort due to prior failed delivery attempts.
