Shipping Info

We offer FREE FedEx Ground shipping over $169. Any purchase $169 is eligible for FREE shipping & a FREE 1-time return or exchange within 30 days of original delivery date in the Continental United States.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship on weekends or US National Holidays. 

Shipping Options:

Ground: Delivery in 2-5 Business Days via FedEx

Express: Order by Noon PST. Processing begins that same day, unless the order occurs Friday after 12pm or during the weekend. We give our fulfillment team the weekend off. If you need urgent assistance to get an order express shipped, please email support@muslincomfort.com (and double check your spam folder!). Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via FedEx

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before orders ship. (Our fulfillment team gets the weekends off). Processing times may vary during a promotional event.  

TRACKING

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail. (Please double check your spam folder!)

If the carrier's tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for after more than 5 business days, please email support@muslincomfort.com to investigate. 

CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses usually cannot be changed once the order is placed. If your order is placed during the regular work week, orders are processed so quickly that there is no way to find your individual order to swap out the shipping label.  However we will always do our best to see what we can do, so please send an email to support@muslincomfort.com

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We know carrier issues and delays can happen! We find that some carriers may scan a package as "Delivered" when it is still out for delivery and will sometimes physically deliver the parcel within the next 4 business days. Crazy, right?!!

If, after 4 business days of your order showing "Delivered" by the carrier, and you have still not located your package, it has been recommended to have you checked the area surrounding your delivery address please email support@muslincomfort.com for assistance. 

Please note, Muslin Comfort is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.

WHAT ABOUT PRE-ORDERS? 

 If your order contains a pre-order item, please note your entire order will be shipped after the pre-order item arrives. If you would like to inquire about split- shipping your order for an additional shipping charge, email us ASAP at support@muslincomfort.com. 

We do not ship on weekends or US National Holidays. Additionally, orders placed after 12pm PST on Friday will not be processed until Monday morning.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes!!! We currently ship to Canada, Australia, Poland, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. If your country isn't on this list, please email us at support@muslincomfort.com. Buyers are responsible for their own country's customs duty and taxes. 

IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY?

A signature is typically not required upon delivery necessitated due to extenuating circumstances, i.e. prior failed delivery attempts, prior stolen/damaged packages, etc.
