For best results: Machine wash cool in a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Tumble dry low. We recommend the use of wool dryer balls.
Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets.
Shipping Policy:
- We ship within 1-2 business days of your order. We do not ship on weekends or US national holidays. We also do not ship on Christmas Eve or New Years Eve.
- All packages are shipped with UPS Ground unless a priority method is selected.
- California residents: We offer free overnight shipping to California!
- Buyers are responsible for their own country's customs and duty fees/taxes.

We are not responsible for the following:
- Packages shipped to the correct address and shown as properly delivered by the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc).
- Lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered packages if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days.
